The very first step is to change your domains dns to the name servers you received in your welcome email. If you purchased your domain from us we will handle the dns changes including your private name servers setup. After your dns changes have been made please allow 24-48 for your dns to propagate worldwide. If after two days your site is still not working contact us ASAP.
Linux Reseller Hosting
Every linux reseller account comes with two different control panels, WHM and cPanel. WHM (Web Host Manager) allows you to create/manage individual accounts while cPanel (end user control panel) is designed for the end users allowing them to control everything from adding / removing email accounts to administering MySQL databases.
Follow our step by step guide to get started:
1. Creating Hosting Package
Creating packages allow you to quickly create new accounts by filling in the various fields such as disk space, bandwidth, ftp, etc automatically. You must create a package before you can create an account in WHM.
2. Creating New Accounts
Creating new accounts in WHM gives each account/domain it's own cPanel.
3. Login to cPanel
Login to the end user cPanel to administer the individual accounts.
4. Creating Private Nameservers
If you have custom nameservers for your account, you must register them with your domain registrar before you can use them.
5. Changing DNS
Change the nameservers for your domain to point to our servers at your domain registrar.
Windows Reseller Hosting
Every windows reseller account comes with Helm control panel which is used by both reseller and end user. Helm control panel allows reseller to create individual account with one or more hosting packages for each account. Your customers also use Helm to control all aspects of the hosting account such as managing emails, adding / removing database & database user, administering MySQL & MSSQL databases, and view resouce usage.

1. Creating Hosting Plans
Creating hosting plans allow you to quickly create new accounts by filling in the various fields such as disk space, bandwidth, ftp, etc automatically. You must have a hosting plan before you can create a hosting account for your customers.
2. Creating New Accounts
Creating new accounts in Helm gives each account separate login to Helm.
3. Adding Hosting Package
Adding a hosting package to your customer account (from hosting plans defined in step 1)
4. Adding Domain
Adding a domain/website to the hosting package. A hosting package can have 1 or more websites.
5. Changing DNS
Change the nameservers for your domain to point to our servers at your domain registrar.
Uploading to your site
You can begin uploading to your account now by using a ftp software. If you are using an ftp software, put in your domain name under the "host address" field. Once your ftp is connected, you can upload website files to "public_html" folder on linux server and "wwwroot" folder on windows server. To replace the default place holder page you must upload an index.html in all lowercase lettering.
