All Windows VPS plans come with Semi-Managed services: + Initial Setup, Windows OS Install, Pre-Configured IIS, FTP, DNS. + 24x7 Ping Monitoring. + Operating System Updates. + Troubleshooting Host Server Network Issues. + Reverse DNS Setup + IIS & MSSQL Configuration Any other configuration, setup and day to day management issues are NOT covered under Semi-Managed service level and should be handled by customer. If you would like us to look into server issues not covered in Semi Management level, this will be charged at $30/hr (minimum 1 hour billing). Support for coding issues is charged at $30/hr. All third party software specific support is to be obtained directly from the relevant software vendor by customer.
