WebsitePanel Upgrade to 2.0

Our WebsitePanel system has been upgraded to latest version 2.0.0.256. Stock WebsitePanel module in WHMCS does not work with WSP 2.0. WHMCS must be upgraded in order to set up hosting account on WebsitePanel server.
