Install Open SSL on Windows server e.g. C:\OpenSSL-Win32 Open command prompt and change home directory to OpenSSL bin folder e.g. C:\OpenSSL-Win32\bin Run command to generate CSR and private key openssl req -nodes -newkey rsa:2048 -sha256 -keyout C:\OpenSSL\yourdomain.com.key -out C:\OpenSSL\yourdomain.com.csr OpenSSL will ask you to provide ssl certificate details like country, state, city, company name, domain name ... After private key and CSR are generated, use CSR to order SSL certificate. After you receive ssl certificate, install private key and ssl certificate together on server. | |
